Soft, Non-abrasive Vibratory Brush
PolyBrush is the new 3/16” trim replaceable brush mat to line vibratory conveying surfaces. Sheets can be easily cut to size, facilitating usage in a variety of machines, as well as easy spot-replacement as needed. The 20° brush mat is suitable for minimum back pressure accumulation and transport conveyors.
Transport Parts Without Damage
PolyBrush uses angled polymer bristles to safely move a variety of delicate parts with minimal chance of damage and ensure that parts never reverse direction. Density has been optimized to provide support for fragile pieces by holding them away from the conveyor.

Polybrush on The Cool Parts Show
Vibratory conveyors and separators use engineered brush mats to channel vibration into motion. After one particular mat product for small, delicate parts was discontinued by its supplier, companies were left without a replacement. But 3D printing offered the answer: OPT Industries delivered a polymer replacement for this brush mat thanks to a digital light processing system able to create long mat or fabric sections by printing continuously.
